1. My Pre-CNA Portfolio
Click HERE to see an example portfolio.

First Step: Put all the pieces together!
During the past 3 months, we wrote four compositions. We wrote about ourselves and about CNAs. Now, we are going to put all of our compositions together to make our Pre-CNA portfolio. These are the parts you need:

1. About me (in your e-mail)
2. Why I want to become a CNA (posted as a comment on our blog)
3. My traits (posted as a comment on our blog)
4. The skills a CNA must have (in your e-mail)

Find the documents. Then, copy and paste them into one WORD document. Keep them in the order that you wrote them: 'About me' is first, "Why I want to become a CNA' is second, etc.

Second Step: Write a conclusion
At the end of your portfolio, write a short conclusion. Your conclusion should have at least 4 sentences. Answer these two questions:
1. What did you learn in this class?
2. Why do you think you will be a good CNA?

Third Step: Make a title page
Your portfolio needs a title page. Follow the example given by your teacher. Add a picture and change the font (the style of the letters).
